• Payment must be made within 30 days of invoice date

4. Lead Quality Guarantee

We guarantee that all delivered leads meet the agreed-upon qualification criteria. If a lead does not meet the specified requirements:

• You may dispute the lead within 48 hours of delivery
• We will investigate and provide a credit if the dispute is valid
• Repeated quality issues will result in campaign optimization

5. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate targeting criteria and requirements
• Respond to leads in a timely and professional manner
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not resell or redistribute leads to third parties
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information

6. Data Protection and Privacy

7. Limitation of Liability

8. Termination

• Access to reporting and analytics will be discontinued
• Confidentiality obligations remain in effect

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email and take effect 30 days after notification.
